The problem with other managed hostings is that they are not truly fully managed. For example, they will give you a button to create the staging site, but you will need to make sure you setup the staging site properly (block the search engines on the staging sites!).
The standard managed hostings won´t monitor your site, they won´t let you know when something is failing, we will do that and also we will tell you where the problem is, so you can quickly fix it.

At the moment we do not. Our servers are optimised for serving your websites, having a panel will take resources from the server, increasing the sercurity risks and reducing the performance of your vps. Trust us on this, you are better without a panel like that. None of the biggest Managed WordPress providers offer a cpanel like that.
We are working to provide our own panel for small tasks, like taking a backup or creating a staging site, but it is not on our plans to have a cpanel, plesk or similar full panel on the servers.

We offer nginx servers fully customised for WordPress. Our servers are ready to handle as much concurrent visitors as your vps could. We pick the best VPS providers on the market and we will migrate your server for free if we think the provider is no longer as good as it was.

The selfhosted panels are tools to setup your server, they offer multiple configurations, multiple choices and great services, but they won´t handle the servers for you.
We have built our solution on top of some of those panels, improving them, and we will continue to use any tools we think are what we need to be able to offer you the best performance and security. 
If you want, you could learn how to do this all yourself, as you need some technical knwoledge to extract all the potential to those tools and panels. Or you could just get a hosting with us today and get all the benefits (and better) those tools offer, and focus on your part of the business.

As this is a managed hosting service, we do not provide root access to the servers. We do provide ssh and sftp access to all the websites and databases under your VPS (and we can use and recommend ssh keys to give you access to easily).

No, I am afraid we do not offer email on our hosting. Emails are critical for a business so we recommend to host the email on a specialised provider, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook or Zoho Mail are our favourites.
If you check with all the other big managed hosting providers for WordPress, none of them offer email hosting. 

Our servers are built with security and performance in mind. 

We provide Full page caching to your WordPress, no need for a plugin. 
We also activate Redis Object Cache on the servers, so it is ready for you to use.
And we also using the latest compression technology (gzip, brotly, etc.) to speed up your sites a little more. 

You just need to make sure the WordPress code is clean and nice, we take care of the rest.

We do daily backups, of both database and files, into two different external locations.
We also have the VPS backup for extra security. 
It is possible to add extra backups to any website and also add incremental backups as an addon.

We store the backups on S3 and Blackblaze accounts, on the same area (EU) of the servers, by default that would be UK or Europe, depending of the location of your server. We also offer the option to have extra backups, incremental and have a copy available for you at all times.
All backups are encrypted on destination to prevent any loss of data.

You first need to have a server, and we offer a number of sites with it. 
If you want to add more sites into that server, you will need to pay the addon for extra websites. 
You can have as many websites on the same server as you want and we will let you know when we consider that it would be best not to add any more sites into the same server, so you can decide what to do.
